What can I do if my claim is rejected/repudiated?
There are certain circumstances under which the information collected by the Loss Adjuster can result in your claim being rejected. If you feel the decision to reject (or repudiate) your claim is unfair, you have every right to ask your insurer for an in-depth explanation of their reasoning, and if you are not satisfied with their conclusion, you can take it further.
