Alan Burnell

Alan has a lifetime of experience in the insurance industry, with over 25 years as a Loss Assessor, and he has dealt with claims on behalf of both residential and commercial policyholders. As a result, he knows at first hand the many different challenges that lie ahead for policyholders:

People are on a steep learning curve at the outset of an insurance claim and our job, as their dedicated Loss Assessor, is to guide our clients through the process and ensure they make informed decisions about how their property is re-built. Pino Musso

Pino has a wealth of experience in managing domestic and commercial claims. He continues to handle a wide variety of claims and also oversees our team in the Manchester office.

In general Morgan Clark secure a far higher settlement than a policy holder can expect to achieve alone. I have, for example, settled claims at twelve times the original offer from an insurance company. Many people underestimate the amount of time and effort that is required to effectively settle a claim. Paul Taylor

Paul has been handling claims for over 20 years. Based in Birmingham, he has specific responsibility for the Midlands region as well as dealing with large and complex domestic and commercial claims.

I have been in the insurance claims industry for over 30 years, primarily as an Assessor and have been involved in dealing with claims resulting from numerous publicised weather related events, including the 1987 hurricane. We give peace of mind, support and invaluable guidance to policy holders who unfortunately find themselves in a completely alien environment full of insurance jargon and procedures. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, David has qualified as Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. David has dealt with many multi-million pound commercial claims across the UK and specialises in Business Interruption.

David was brilliant at handling my claim, he got me the maximum claim I was entitled to under my policy aswel as loss of earnings for over a year until the business was up and running and earning the same sales previous to the fire. David always kept in touch to let me know the progress of my claim via email or telephone. I had so many other things to deal with and hiring Morgan Clark to deal with my claim took a lot of stress off me. Hopefully I will never be in this position again but if I was I know who to call.
