Similar to the fire service, Morgan Clark deal with the aftermath of fires, floods and other disasters. We appreciate the great work the fire crews do to extinguish fires, save lives and save properties, and as a company we like to support the fire service and the charities that support the public with them. Without the dedication and expertise of the fire fighters, our clients would be in even worse dire straits. We offer our thanks and try to support UK services in a number of ways:

England Fire Service Rugby

England Fire Service Rugby launched the 2018 and 2019 Rugby 7’s tournaments with Morgan Clark as one of the leading sponsors. Encouraging sport for the benefit of serving for the Fire & Rescue Service, England Fire Service Rugby has been running a side for over 30 years. In 2017, the team relaunched both the 15 a side and 7 a side teams. The squad is made up of firefighters and support staff from all fire services across England including airport & RAF fire service staff. They play their home fixtures at London Irish Hazelwood centre and train out of Hinckley RFC in Leicestershire.

Citizens Advice

Morgan Clark support the Digital Hub created by Citizens Advice. The Digital Hub in Towcester is a new face-to-face service where Volunteer Digital Advice Coaches work with people in the community to access information and guidance on digital platforms, three days per week. Members of the public can learn how to access various websites like Morgan Clark’s when they are looking for free expert advice.

There is no reason why your insurance company or Loss Adjuster should discourage you from appointing your own Loss Assessor. If your Loss Adjuster is trying to dissuade you from using our services, you should question why they are against the idea of you being equally represented. While many insurance companies will support you in the initial weeks of your claim, their only responsibility is to ensure costs are covered to restore your property and replace damaged contents, stock, machinery etc. (if applicable). As your claim progresses, you will be left with the most stressful and time consuming day-to-day elements to organise and oversee alone if you do not appoint a Loss Assessor.

Loss Assessors and Loss Adjusters are both insurance claim professionals, but there is one key difference in their role during the insurance claim process; a Loss Assessor is appointed by and works exclusively for the policyholder, while a Loss Adjuster is appointed and paid by the insurance company.
