Phil Morgan began his career as a Chartered Engineer in the oil industry. With a desire for a new challenge, several years later Phil set up his own construction contracting company, which he built up and sold after 15 successful years. Phil then joined forces with Tony Clark to set up Morgan Clark in 1999, together building the company up to become national and the leading UK firm of Loss Assessors.
In 2010 Phil set himself another challenge of setting up The Morgan Clark Foundation, initially building a school for children in the North Bank of Gambia when their school was destroyed by floodwaters. The Foundation is Morgan Clark’s charity and Phil is the Founder and Chairman, working to improve education & maternity care in The Gambia.
Phil is a member of The Institute of Public Loss Assessors and in 2019 Morgan Clark joined The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) as an Associate member.
