About Paul

Paul has been handling claims for over 20 years. Based in Birmingham, he has specific responsibility for the Midlands region as well as dealing with large and complex domestic and commercial claims.

I have been in the insurance claims industry for over 30 years, primarily as an Assessor and have been involved in dealing with claims resulting from numerous publicised weather related events, including the 1987 hurricane. We give peace of mind, support and invaluable guidance to policy holders who unfortunately find themselves in a completely alien environment full of insurance jargon and procedures. At a time that is likely to be one of the most traumatic events they will experience, we work to obtain the best possible settlement available under the terms of the policy.
