About Martin

Martin has worked in the insurance sector since 1994 and as a Loss Adjuster since 2001. Martin became a Loss Assessor at Morgan Clark in 2013. He has wide-ranging experience in domestic and commercial claims, across fires, floods and all other perils.

The engagement of Morgan Clark ensures that the everyday handling and progression of a claim is dealt with by ourselves, keeping our clients updated at all times. I have successfully handled claims of all natures for both commercial and residential claimants, in some cases turning round the insurer’s initial decision to reject the claim.

We found ourselves in a position of having to make a claim, a loss adjuster attended from the insurers with an offer being made shortly afterwards. Being a loss adjuster myself, I knew this offer was a fraction of what the claim amounted too. Upon meeting Martin I knew immediately that I was in a very safe pair of hands; Martin has vast experience and knowledge of the industry. At what was a stressful and emotional time Martin acted swiftly to commence my claim and it was his immediate advice as to next steps and actions I should take to prevent any further damage to my property that has enabled me to minimise the amount of time my business was closed.
