Daniel has worked in the loss assessing industry for several years, and has supported many clients across the south of England with fire, flood and other claims. He has spent his entire career working in financial services, including time as an insurance broker, so he understands claims from various angles:
It’s important for people to know that I’m always at the end of the phone: I really understand the stress they’re going through with their insurance claim and I’m here to help. Certain situations can be handled by the individual and others require legal representation and I always stress the importance of this. For example, if it’s a motor claim then that’s simple to handle yourself; but when it’s your property and all your possessions, you really do need someone to represent you.
