If the claim is accepted, more often than not the insurance company will try to insist that they replace all stolen items through their own network of suppliers - which may not suit everyone.

Even if you're able to reach agreement with the loss adjuster, it is becoming increasingly common for the insurance company to reject their recommendations and try to adjust the claim downwards.
