Fee Policy
Unlike other professionals who charge on a time basis, our fees are directly related to performance.
There are no up front fees – we fund our own time, which means we have a strong incentive to work harder on your behalf.
Our fees are charged as a small percentage of the claim value. The increased value of the settlement we can achieve more than offsets the cost of our fee.*
On the rare occasions where it is established that the insurance company is not liable and no settlement is achieved, we make no charge for our services.
